It is hereby specifically provided that the benefits of this Trust shall accrue to the Public in general and there shall be no discretion among the beneficiaries on the basis on caste creed on religion.
The areas of special attention to be developed by the Trust in achieving the main objects are :
a. To strive hard for the promotion of religion, education and culture.
b. To construct, reconstruct or repair ancient Temples and other religious places of worship in and around the ancient shrine at Karukkalvaadi Village, Kaarakkaaranur, Omalur Tk, Salem District
c. Relief of Poor, Education, Medical care and Advancement of any other object of general public utility.
Incidental and Secondary Objects of the Trust shall be :
a. To employ and remunerate employees for and on behalf of the Trust or to remove any staff or employees from such services
b. To buy, own, lease or construct properties - both immovable and movable, subject to the restriction that where these properties concern movable properties, the same shall be within the modes of investment provided for under the Incometax Act, 1961 or any legislation succeeding that
c. To borrow monies for any activity involving the advancement of any objects of the Trust and to secure such borrowings from the assets of the Trust
d. To start any business venture or small or cottage industries which will by necessary or assist in any way in achieving the objects of the Trust like advancement of womenfolk or generation of employment to youth - subject to the restrictions placed on such activities in the Incometax Act
Whereas the founder has identified and appointed another person whose name is mentioned hereinafter to be the Trustees of the said Trust (henceforth referred to as "Trustee(s)") and has handed over the said sum of Rs.1001 to their irrevocable possession;
Whereas the founder is desirous of documenting all the Terms and Conditions to be followed by the Trustees in the administration of the Trust into a Trust Deed;
Now this Trust Deed witnesses as under;

3. Main Objects of the Trust :
The Trustee(s) shall invest and at all times keep the said sum of Rs.1001 /- invested in some approved mode prescribed under the Income-Tax Act, 1961 (Where subject to payment of Incometax thereon or subject to exemptions allowed under that Act) or in any business venture (in accordance with the provisions of Sec.11 to 13 of Income-Tax Act, 1961) and apply the income thereof in perpetutity for the following charitable objects to be pursued with the boundaries of India.
Main Objects : Construction / Reconstruction / maintenance of Temples at the ancient shrine at Karukkalvaadi Village, Kaarakkaaranur, Omalur Tk, Salem District, in order to invoke the blessings of the Lord on the poor and suffering people of the state, maintaining of the temples as places of religious worship, charity and specimens of the ancient culture of the state, and to inculcate religious beliefs in the common man through lectures, cultural programs and discourses.
